In 2019, I launched Companion Bread Share—a subscription bread bakery in Durham, North Carolina. My goal was to develop a rhythm of baking and writing that allowed each side of my work to support one another. After a series of pivots in 2020, I closed Companion at the end of the year to focus on writing and teaching instead.

While the majority of my time now is spent leading workshops and writing, I still love to bake for my community whenever I can. I offer loaves for pick-up in my Bread Shed every Friday that I’m in town.
